Fans react as Jadeja removes CSK related posts from his Instagram account
NEW DELHI :Star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who has been associated with Indian Premier League side Chennai Super Kings since 2012 and has now played for them for almost a decade, has done the unthinkable as he has removed all CSK-related posts from his Instagram account, which has sparked rumours of him having a rift with the CSK team management.
The 33-year-old was handed the captaincy of the four-time IPL champion at the start of the IPL this year, when MS Dhoni decided to step down from his role. But things didn’t go as per plan and he had one of the worst-ever IPL seasons. Jadeja was only able to win two out of the eight matches he played as a captain. The pressure of captaincy hampered Jadeja’s individual performance as well, and he could only manage to score 116 runs in 10 matches at an average of 19.33 and a strike rate of 118.36. In bowling as well, he didn’t fare well and had only five scalps to his name.
Jadeja stepped down from the role mid-season and handed the leadership back to Dhoni. And then he was ruled out of the tournament as well after some time due to injury. There were rumours that all was not well between Jadeja and CSK management and that the all-rounder was planning to leave the side. But CSK denied all that news at the time, but with Jadeja’s recent activity, things have taken a fresh turn.

Seeing the world’s number one Test all-rounder removing all the CSK related posts from their 2021 and 22 campaign, fans have started to wonder if everything is alright within the Super Kings camp.
