NEW DELHI/MUMBAI : As Bollywood actress, Rhea Chakraborty appeared before Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday along with her brother Showik and former manager Shruti Modi, her call details of last one year make some startling revelations.
According to sources in last one year, Rhea talked to her father 1192 times, her brother Showik Chakraborty 1069 times. She had a conversation with Sushant Singh Rajput around 145 times. However, she called Samuel Miranda 287 times in a year which is probably more than Sushant.
With Shruti Modi, Rhea talked 791 times and Siddharth Pithani around 100 times. She also chatted with Deepesh Sawant around 41 times, Sushant’s sister Rani only 4 times in a year.
With her mentor and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Rhea Chakraborty interacted 16 times in a year over the phone. Rhea called Uday Singh Gauri for 22 times and Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur 23 times. She also talked on the phone with Dream Home Real Estate company which was not once or twice but 23 times in a year.
Interestingly, other important details have also come out. The Mumbai DCP Abhishek Trimukhe and Rhea interacted four times on call and once exchanged a message. From June 21 to July 18, twice the call was made and on the other two occasions, the call was received. DCP Trimukhe is investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput death case and therefore the call exchange could be related to the probe.
Out of these, once Rhea was called to again come for the recording of statement and once the actress made a call to the DCP over receiving threats on social media. It has been learnt that from Rhea’s father Indrajeet Chakraborty’s Vodafone number 230 times incoming and 660 times outgoing calls have been made.
There have been 7 incoming and 9 outgoing calls to Mahesh Bhatt. Then 5 incoming and 10 outgoing calls to psychiatrist Kersi Chavda. As per these details, Sushant called Rhea only 28 times while the actress made 259 calls to the late ‘Dil Bechara’ star.
Also, Samuel Miranda’s number was with Sushant, therefore, the call details on Miranda’s name actually belong to the late actoroooo
Meanwhile, Actor Rhea Chakraborty is being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Mumbai in the Sushant Singh Rajput(SSR) investigation after her request to put it off was rejected by the agency. She arrived at the agency’s office minutes after the 11.30 AM deadline and is still being questioned eight hours later. Her father Indrajit Chakraborty and brother Showik were also seen with her.
Rhea Chakraborty had asked for her questioning to be deferred citing an ongoing Supreme Court hearing on her petition. “Rhea Chakraborty is a law abiding citizen. In view of the fact that ED has informed the media that the request to postpone the attendance is rejected, she has appeared in the ED at the appointed time and date,” Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said.
Nearly four hours into the questioning, her brother was seen leaving. Rhea has been accused of a role in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death by his family, which has alleged that she transferred money from his accounts and mentally harassed him.
The Bollywood actor died by suicide on June 14, according to the Mumbai police. SR’s friend Siddharth Pithani and Rhea Chakraborty’s former manager Shruti Modi have also been summoned by the agency, which investigates financial crimes.

The ED wants to question Rhea in a money laundering case it has filed over what it calls “suspicious transactions” worth ₹ 15 crore. The agency took note of a FIR by Bihar Police based on a complaint by Sushant Singh Rajput’s family.

Sources in the agency claim money from two of the four bank accounts belonging to Sushant Singh Rajput was transferred to Rhea Chakraborty. But the amount is nowhere close to the alleged Rs 15 crore. Sources close to Rhea Chakraborty say some of the transactions were not unusual for any couple in a relationship, one that lived together and even went to holidays. Sources add that the two had also started a company together along with Rhea Chakraborty’s family members.
The Supreme Court is hearing Rhea’s petition to transfer the Bihar case to Maharashtra, where the Mumbai police has been investigating whether SSR was pushed to despair by Bollywood cliques and rivalries. The Mumbai Police has questioned over 50 people on allegations that the actor was suffering from depression and had felt sidelined in the film industry.
The Bihar Police’s parallel probe against Rhea Chakraborty has sparked a turf war between cops in Patna and Mumbai. On Wednesday, the centre handed over the Bihar Police case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) following demands from politicians and the actor’s family.
A crack CBI unit that has investigated high-profile crimes like the Vijay Mallya case has taken charge of the case, naming Rhea Chakraborty among five accused.
Rhea Chakraborty, who has denied all charges, had called for a CBI probe earlier but said yesterday that the agency’s investigation at this point will be “totally illegal and beyond any known legal principles, affecting the Federal Structure of the Nation.”
