Nawazuddin’s ex girlfriend slaps him with a legal notice
NEW DELHI : Hindi film industry’s talented star Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been vocal about his personal life in the public domain but never was it discussed so much. The actor’s personal associations during his initial days of struggle in Bollywood were made public once his memoir ‘An Ordinary Life’ was released.
The memoir became a hot topic of discussion not just within in the industry circles but also on social media as details of his extra-marital affair with ‘Miss Lovely’ co-star Niharika Singh grabbed eyeballs. Not just that, Nawaz’s account of his relationship with famous theatre and television actress Sunita Rajwar too caught attention. Sunita took to her Facebook page and shared a detailed account of her association with the actor from NSD days.
Now, the TV actress has slapped Nawaz with a legal notice according to Mumbai Mirror report. It mentions that Sunita has taken a legal recourse and sent a notice to Nawaz, to the publishers of the book and also to the journalist Rituparna Chatterjee, who assisted the actor in his memoir.
The actress has stated that the book has hurt her caused mental trauma. She has demanded an apology from the actor through a presser along with same being posted on his social media handles within 24 hours of the notice. Also, a sum of Rs 2 crore which will be used for charitable purposes.
Both the women were quick to rubbish all that was written in the book and did put on their side of the story as well. Niharika reportedly said, “He obviously wants to sell his book and it would appear that he is willing to exploit and disrespect a woman just to do so.”After Nawaz received a lot of criticism over his controversial account, the actor took to Twitter and shared that he has decided to withdraw the book.zeenews,
