PHILADLPHIA: United States President Barack Obama on Wednesday, while speaking at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Philadelphia, endorsed Hillary Rodham Clinton as the Democratic Party nominee for the White House, saying “there has never been a man or woman more qualified than Hillary to serve as the US President”.
