Centre can’t go to war with Pakistan while Kejriwal CM Says Subramanian Swamy
NEW DELHI : Coming out heavily on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning Prime Mininster Narendra Modi to release proof over the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Subramanian Swamy on Monday said that Kejriwal is an anti-national and a man with Naxalite man.
“India does not need to respond to Pakistan’s claims, as even if they are provided with evidence, Islamabad would take no action,” Swamy said while speaking to ANI.”We should not respond because Pakistan will never change. We gave them proof on Ajmal Kasab and Hafiz Saeed. We also allowed Pakistan to come to India for probe on Pathankot terror attack and still they did not do anything. So there is no point,” he said.
Dismissing Kejriwal’s demand of proof of the surgical strike across the Line of Control that was carried almost a week back, Swamy asserted, “We all know Kejriwal’s anti-national and Naxalite mind. Instead of worrying about securing Delhi, he is running around trying to churn issues.”
“Talking about the possibility of war with the hostile neighbour, Swamy emphasised that the Center must take a call if it can take such a step while, Kejriwal was still in power as Chief Minister. We should dismiss his government and have President Rule,” he added.
Aam Aadmi Party convener Kejriwal drew flak from all sections after he demanded PM Modi to release evidence of surgical strikes carried out by Army against terrorists launch pads across Line of Control (LoC).
However, a day later, the Delhi Chief Minister tweeted to clarify that he demanded to release the proof only to counter Pakistan’s propoganda denial of surgical strikes.
