BSNL to offer unlimited free calls on Sundays from Aug 21
NEW DELHI: State-run telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited BSNL will provide unlimited free calls from its landline to any network’s mobile and landline on all Sundays across India from 21st August. Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha said this in a tweet message yesterday.
According to official sources, details of the unlimited free calling plan will be released on Independence Day. At present, BSNL offers unlimited night calling on any network in the country between 9 pm to 7 am as complimentary service for all its customers.
BSNL has around 57 per cent percent market share in the landline telephone services market in India with 14.35 million customers.
