BJP will replace Anandiben Patel with Amit Shah: Kejriwal
DHARAMSHALA: Soon after Gujarat Chief Minster Anandiben Patel offered to resign, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the development was the result of the Aam Aadmi Party’s growing popularity in the state.
Taking to microblogging website Twitter, Kejriwal cited sources as saying that BJP president Amit Shah will replace Patel as the Gujarat chief minister. He also tweeted:Anandiben`s offer to resign comes a day after a massive protest by the Dalit community following the outrage over the thrashing of four Dalits over the skinning of a dead cow in the state`s Una.
