Telangana CM writes to Rajnath on row over judges
NEW DELHI: Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao has written letter to the centre to resolve the issue arising out of protests due to the Hyderabad High Court not being bifurcated so far.
In letters written to Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State for personnel Jitender Singh, he said unless the High Court bifurcated, the process of bifurcation process can not be considered as complete.
The Chief Minister is also learnt to have pointed out the bifurcation precedents in Chattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand where the High Courts were bifurcated before the new judges appointed.
