Akshay Kumar has been quite active on Twitter requesting people to stay indoors and practise social-distancing to curb the further spread of Covid-19. A few days ago, he also put out a video on his Instagram profile, in which he blasted the violators who failed to adhere to the rules of the lockdown.

Meanwhile, India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsman Suresh Raina has donated Rs 31 lakh to PM-CARES Fund on Saturday (March 28) to fight the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) images (14)pandemic. On Saturday, PM Modi announced that PM-CARES Fund was set up. “It is my appeal to my fellow Indians, Kindly contribute to the PM-CARES Fund. This Fund will also cater to similar distressing situations, if they occur in the times ahead.
